Formed in 2021, Thyme Management is a hospitality & consulting company specializing in bar & restaurant concept development, marketing and operations.

An additional arm of Thyme Management oversees festival operations for some of Chicago’s largest outdoor music venues by forming systems in an effort to streamline procedures & operate seamlessly just as a well-oiled, brick & mortar location would.
